Can you really get this done in just one day? My site feels complicated.+
Yes. Your VIP Day includes eight hours of dedicated work, usually delivered across two half-days. Instead of dragging things out for weeks, we focus on your priority list and knock it out in one focused day. You'll make a priority list and we'll have a call to review it all. If your needs are bigger than what fits in a VIP Day, I'll let you know up front — no surprises. I'm also happy to chat before you book if you're unsure it'll work for you.
What if my project is too small… or too big?+
There's no “too small.” Even one tiny fix can have a huge impact on conversions and peace of mind. And if your project is too large for a VIP Day, I'll map out the best way to tackle it — sometimes that means a VIP Day plus a follow-up, sometimes it's a different service altogether.
I'm nervous about code breaking my site. What happens if something goes wrong?+
I don't just throw code at your store and hope for the best. Everything is tested carefully, and I always create a backup before making changes. You'll leave the VIP Day with clean, stable code — not a pile of tech headaches.
Do I need to buy apps or premium themes for this to work?+
Nope. Most of the time we can get you exactly what you want without bloated paid apps. The Shopify Dawn theme and a few lightweight add-ons can go a long way — and you'll save money on recurring app fees.
I've already wasted money on apps and developers. How is this different?+
This isn't a “maybe it works, maybe it doesn't” situation. You're booking me for a clear, focused outcome in a set amount of time. No open-ended projects, no endless back-and-forth, and no sneaky extra costs.
What if I'm not techy? How will I explain what I need?+
You don't have to know the lingo. Just tell me what's bugging you or what you wish your site could do — I'll translate that into a dev to-do list. Think of me as your Shopify interpreter.
Do I need to be available all day during the VIP Day?+
Nope. I'll need you to complete all the pre-work to confirm priorities, and to review (usually about halfway through). You can get on with your business while I handle the heavy lifting.
What if I need more changes after the VIP Day?+
Plenty of clients come back for a second (or third) VIP Day once they see how much we can get done in a day. You'll always have the option to book another if new ideas pop up.
